FlexCare is Stellantis' brand for vehicle service contracts and related protection products. In January 2025 it took over from Mopar Vehicle Protection. FlexCare plans are offered and issued by FCA US LLC or an affiliate.

Repairs at dealers who know your vehicle

Covered repairs can be handled at any authorized Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT® or Alfa Romeo dealer in the U.S. (including Guam and Puerto Rico), Canada or Mexico. Repairs use new or authorized remanufactured Mopar® parts.

Flexibility if you're far from a dealer

If you're not near one of those dealers, other repair facilities can be used with prior authorization from FlexCare before work begins.

We price by VIN and show you the differences between plan levels, terms and deductibles. Then you decide.

Payment options

Buying with your vehicle? The plan can be included in your financing (lender approval required). Buying later? Most mechanical plans can be paid through FlexCare's interest-free monthly payment plan (down payment required).

• Who is the obligor or administrator on the contract?

• Where can I get repairs, and is pre-authorization required?

• Is there a waiting period before coverage starts?

• What's the deductible, and is it per visit or per repair?

• Can I transfer or cancel, and what fees apply?

• Can I read the full contract before I buy?
