FOUR PLAN LEVELS
MyFlexCare SERVICE Premium: our most complete maintenance plan. Includes lube, oil and filter changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, cabin air filter, front wiper blades, First Day Rental allowance (up to 2 times), serpentine belt, front and rear brakes (pads, and rotors if required) and engine air filter. Diesel versions add engine- and frame-mounted fuel filters and diesel exhaust fluid.
MyFlexCare SERVICE Plus: oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, cabin air filter, front wiper blades and First Day Rental allowance (up to 2 times). Diesel versions add fuel filters and DEF.
MyFlexCare SERVICE Essentials: the basics, oil changes and tire rotations.
MyFlexCare SERVICE Essentials (Lube, Oil & Filter Only): prepaid oil-and-filter changes, nothing more.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Oil type and quantity follow what's recommended for your vehicle (full synthetic if your owner's manual calls for it).
• Maintenance plans have their own enrollment rules and terms. Ask us what's available for your vehicle.
• Prepaid maintenance plans are generally not transferable to another vehicle or owner.
• Prepaid maintenance is a separate product from a FlexCare vehicle service contract. See your plan agreement for complete terms.
