FlexCare CDJR Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10/13/2026

Last updated: 10/13/2026

Gupton Motors Inc. (“Gupton Motors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.flexcarecdjr.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit the Site, request a quote for FlexCare Vehicle Protection, contact us, or purchase coverage.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related quote and purchase communications. Other privacy notices may apply to a specific vehicle service contract, financing, or other product after you apply for or purchase it.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a quote request, we collect:

1. Your first and last name

2. Your email address

3. Your phone number

4. Your vehicle’s current mileage and how many miles you drive per year

5. Your vehicle identification number (VIN), if you provide it

6. The FlexCare plans or products you are interested in

7. Any promo code, questions, or notes you choose to include

The quote form does not ask for your Social Security number or driver’s-license number, and it does not collect payment-card or bank information.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, and similar activity data through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.

Please only submit information about yourself and your own vehicle. Do not submit another person’s information without their permission.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

1. Prepare and provide your requested quote and respond to your request.

2. Verify vehicle details and eligibility for coverage.

3. Communicate with you about your request, primarily by email and, when we need an important answer, by phone.

4. Complete and administer a purchase, provide a payment link if you request one, and coordinate with the contract provider, obligor, or claims administrator.

5. Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services, and help prevent fraud, spam, and misuse.

6. Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, maintain business records, and resolve disputes.

We do not use quote information to send our own marketing, and we do not send marketing text messages.

3. How we share information

We share personal information as described below:

1. Contract provider, obligor, and claims administrator. To obtain a quote, we share your vehicle’s mileage and VIN with FCA US LLC and Stellantis. If you purchase coverage, we share all the information you provided with them so your contract can be issued and administered.

2. Service providers. We use service providers that help operate the Site and our business, including Wix, our website platform, and Google Analytics, our analytics service. These providers process information to provide services to us.

3. Payment links. If you purchase coverage and request a payment link, we use Text2Drive to send it to the email address or phone number you designate. Payment processing is handled by the provider presented through the payment link; see Section 6.

4. Legal and protective disclosures. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

5. Business transfers. We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or targeted advertising.

4. Data retention

We keep quote-request information for as long as needed to respond to your request and for related business purposes, for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to administer a product you purchased. We retain purchase and contract records as reasonably necessary for contract administration, legal, accounting, and business purposes.

5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking choices

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics through Wix for Site analytics.

The Site does not currently display a cookie-consent banner. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies to target ads to you.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions. Browser controls may not remove information already collected.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is currently nothing for browser opt-out signals to opt out of on the Site. If our practices change, we will honor any browser opt-out signal that applicable law requires us to recognize.

6. Payments

If you purchase coverage and request a payment link, we may send it through Text2Drive by email or to the phone number you designate. Payment-card or bank information is not collected through the Site’s quote form. The payment service provider’s own privacy practices apply to information you provide during payment. The identity of the payment processor has not been confirmed; we will update this Policy if needed.

7. Phone and email communications

If you submit a quote request, we may email you and, when we need an important answer, call you to respond to that request. We do not use the information you submit for our own marketing emails, marketing calls, or marketing text messages.

If you purchase coverage, we may send a payment link through Text2Drive if you request one.

We do not record or monitor phone calls, and we do not use call-tracking services. You may ask us to stop contacting you about a quote by using the contact details in Section 11. We may still contact you when necessary to administer a product you purchased or meet legal obligations.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking vehicle protection products and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us using the details in Section 11 so we can take appropriate steps.

10. Third-party websites and services

The Site may link to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties, including payment and communication platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Review those notices before providing information.

11. Your privacy rights and how to contact us

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Rights, exceptions, and response times vary by state.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below and include “Privacy Request” in your subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
